Jean Sibelius Day in Finland is 8th of December, he was born in this day at 1865. His music is about stories, mythology and Finnish nature ❤️

Today we celebrate the ”Day of Finnish Music”. Where are you from and what are your national composers?

Sibelius best-known compositions are Finlandia, the Karelia SuiteValse triste, the Violin Concerto, the choral symphony Kullervo, and The Swan of Tuonela (from the Lemminkäinen Suite). Other works include pieces inspired by nature, Nordic mythology, and the Finnish national epic, the Kalevala.
